Automatic payment and online account
Preauthorized payment withdraws the invoice total on its due date. Enroll through eUtility or the City payment form. This is a full-invoice withdrawal, not a stated equal-payment budget plan.
eUtility shows balances, payment history, consumption comparisons and paperless monthly bill notices. It also lets you manage the account and arrange monthly preauthorized withdrawals.
